Q8 Bellini S 500 is based upon special Group III base oil to minimize oxidation, high flash point, low viscosity and ensure consistent performance at severe operating conditions. The special package is selected to guarantee accelerated quenching characteristics in combination with very good oxidation resistance and thermal stability.

The fast cooling rate, at the beginning of the quenching, provide the maximum required metallurgical properties at these conditions. Minimal drag-out and lower evaporation bring lower operational cost. the high flash point gives a better safety environment and the excellent oxidation resistance and thermal stability limit the degradation of quenching fluid.
