Q8 Bach XNL 22 is a light duty, low odour, neat cutting oil which includes a special additive package in the formulation to provide boundary lubrication at the tool tip/chip interface. The package helps prevent a built up edge and also dramatically reduces tool wear and machine power consumption. Q8 Bach XNL 22 also has a special lubricity additive that acts as a wetting agent, continuously spreading the oil to the actual tool tip. This helps eliminate oil starvation, judder, and poor finish. The transparent appearance is particularly appealing to the machine operator improving vision of the work-piece and motion of the machine tool.
