Description
Contamination of the cooling lubricants during the production process by tramp oils or solids is unavoidable. With the ARIANA maintenance system R-3000, emulsions or solutions are optimally cleaned and maintained during the production process. This increases the service life many times over and reduces disposal costs to a minimum. The system removes tramp oil up to 97 % from the emulsion, works independently in bypass mode without personnel, high throughput capacity for short operating times.
The maintenance system can be adapted to your requirements. A PLC connection is also possible so that you can monitor the maintenance system even better.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
- Lathes
- Milling machines
- Grinding machines
- Parts washing machines
- Quenching tanks
ADVANTAGES
- Removes tramp oils and solids simultaneously
- Works automatically in a bypass process, without the need for personnel
- Avoids odour formation and risk of infection
- Extends the service life of lubricants and tools
- Saves up to 50 % in disposal costs!
USE
Cooling lubricants on wet-cutting machine tools are subject to heavy contamination. Externally introduced hydraulic oils, bed track oils and greases are deposited on the emulsion surface and, at a high concentration, prevent the vital exchange of oxygen. In combination with floating and deposited solids, this forms the ideal breeding ground for bacteria and fungi that decompose the cooling lubricant. Continuous care through regular removal of these contaminants significantly extends the service life of the cooling lubricant and reduces disposal costs.
HOW IT WORKS
The ARIANA maintenance unit R-3000 extracts a mixture of oils and solids from the emulsion surface.
This mixture is separated in the maintenance unit, the cleaned emulsion is returned to the machine tool and the separated oil is fed into a separate disposal vessel.
The emulsion and oil are separated by purely physical means so gently that the emulsion is not adversely affected by centrifuging or the like. Up to 97 % of floating and swirling tramp oils are separated.
The emulsion is maintained without the need for personnel while the machine tool is working. There is no downtime.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Eccentric screw pump
- Electric motor
- Made of VA material with powder coating
- All hose connections with one-hand quick couplings
- Unit fully assembled, ready for immediate use, complete with accessories
The maintenance system can be adapted to your requirements. A PLC connection is also possible so that you can monitor the maintenance system even better.
