Description
Contamination of cooling lubricants during the production process by tramp oil or solids is unavoidable. With the ARIANA maintenance system R-2000 emulsions or solutions are optimally cleaned and maintained during the production process. As a result the service life is extended many times and the disposal costs are reduced to a minimum. Removes tramp oil up to 97 % from the emulsion, operates independently in bypass mode without personnel, high throughput for short operating times.
The maintenance system can be adapted to your needs. A PLC connection is also possible, so that you can monitor the maintenance system even more closely.
APPLICATION AREAS
- Lathes
- Milling machines
- Grinders
- Parts washing machines
- Quenching tanks
ADVANTAGES
- Simultaneously removes tramp oils and solids
- Operates automatically in a bypass process, without the need for personnel
- Avoids odour and risk of infection
- Extends the life of lubricants and tools
- Saves up to 50% in disposal costs!
USAGE
Cooling lubricants on machine tools are subject to heavy contamination. Externally introduced hydraulic oils, retreading oils and greases deposit on the emulsion surface and prevent the vital exchange of oxygen at high concentrations. In combination with floating and deposited solids, this forms an ideal breeding ground for bacteria and moulds that degrade the cooling lubricant. Continuous care by regular removal of these contaminants significantly extends the life of the cooling lubricant and reduces disposal costs.
HOW IT WORKS
The ARIANA maintenance unit R-2000 extracts a mixture of oils and solids from the emulsion surface. This mixture is separated in the maintenance unit, the cleaned emulsion goes back to the machine tool and the separated oil goes into a separate waste container. The emulsion and the oil are separated by purely physical means in such a way that the emulsion is not adversely affected by centrifugation and the like. Up to 97 % of floating and swirling tramp oils are separated. Maintenance of the emulsion is carried out without personnel while the machine is in operation. There is no downtime.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Eccentric screw pump
- Electric motor
- Made of powder-coated VA material
- All hose connections with one-handed quick-release couplings
- Unit fully assembled, ready for immediate use, complete with accessories
The maintenance system can be adapted to your needs. A PLC connection is also possible, so that you can monitor the maintenance system even more closely.
