The ARIANA Hot & Cold Air Gun, operated with compressed air, is used for spot heating or cooling of metal and plastic parts on machine tools and has a dual function: it generates both hot and cold air. The hot air is used for rapid drying and heat treatment. The cold air is mainly used where lubricating and cooling fluids are not desired. The Hot & Cold Gun is also widely used in laboratories.

The performance of the Hot & Cold Gun is variable depending on the humidity of the supplied compressed air: at 8 bar pressure and with relatively dry air, introduced air can be cooled down to - 25 °C and heated up to + 60 °C.
